We are looking for an Junior Luxury Home Stager in the San Diego area. Our ideal team member must have the ability to work quickly under pressure and understand design. • This individual must be a quick learner and take initiative. Sometimes things don't turn out they intended at the concept, this is where your creativity will shine • Must be a team player • Passion for design is a must Responsibilities: • Assist with and execute projects • Select inventory for design installations • Work with logistics to execute jobs • Stage properties from start to finish • Maintain an understanding of inventory • Organization is a must • Ability to work well with and lead a team of stage assistants Qualifications: • Effective time management and organizational skills • Well informed on affordable and functional furniture systems and finishes • Ability to listen to a client’s needs and communicate potential solutions • Two years of industry experience, preferably in the staging/styling industry • Associate's degree or higher • Computer skills - Google Apps, Slack • Excellent communication skills Requirements • Able to lift between 20 – 30 lbs • Standing throughout the day • Valid driver’s license • A minimum of 3 days a week, with the ability to work extra days, during the season, can be up to 40 hrs per week • Cell phone for communication and inventory purposes • Ability to work while wearing a mask Compensation: $19 - $21 hourly
