This is an exciting opportunity to work with the finest engagement & wedding rings, timepieces, and heirloom luxury items while building long-term relationships with discerning clientele. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a client book, cultivating lasting relationships, and driving sales to achieve both personal and team goals. As you demonstrate success and leadership potential, you will have the opportunity to progress to a management position within the company. Responsibilities: • Sales & Client Relations: Build and maintain a personalized client book, providing a tailored shopping experience for each client. Develop strong relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals. • Product Expertise: Offer in-depth knowledge of luxury jewelry, including engagement rings, wedding bands, timepieces, and heirloom pieces. Stay informed on trends and new arrivals to best serve your clients. • Client Engagement: Provide exemplary service by understanding clients' needs and desires. Help clients select and purchase the perfect pieces for special moments, including engagements, weddings, and milestone gifts. • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals. Demonstrate the ability to drive business through both direct sales and cultivating long-term client relationships. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales associates and management to contribute to a positive, collaborative sales environment. • Management Potential: As you progress, take on additional leadership responsibilities, including mentoring new associates and assisting in store operations with an eye toward advancing to management. Qualifications: • Proven experience in luxury retail sales, ideally in jewelry or other high-end products/services. • Strong ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. • Demonstrated passion for luxury jewelry and timepieces. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. • Ability to work Saturdays and an adjusted schedule in December. Compensation: $40,000-$85,000+
