Responsibilities: • White-Glove Client Service: Provide impeccable communication, discretion, and expertise to our discerning clientele. • Strategic Time Management: Structure your schedule with purpose to optimize daily, weekly, and long-term success. • Elite Lead Conversion: Engage, qualify, and convert high-value leads through Follow Up Boss (CRM). Prompt, professional responses are essential, as is proactive networking, community engagement, and personal brand development. • Insightful Market Analysis: Track market trends, document interactions, and refine strategies to ensure high-yield client acquisition. • Proactive Follow-Up: Be the trusted real estate advisor your clients turn to when they’re ready to make a move. Consistency is key. • Master Negotiation & Contracts: Guide motivated buyers and sellers through the luxury real estate process, securing signed agreements and expertly negotiating on their behalf. • Buyer Representation: Identify client needs, secure financing pre-approvals, curate bespoke property searches, and facilitate seamless transactions. • Seller Representation: Provide expert guidance on pricing, marketing, and preparing homes for top-tier presentation and optimal sales outcomes. Qualifications: • Active Arizona Real Estate Sales or Broker License • Driven, disciplined, and committed to delivering exceptional results • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Tech-savvy with CRM systems and client databases • Reliable transportation and a refined sense of professionalism Compensation: $63,500 - $100,000+ at plan earnings
