About the Role:

As a Cleaning Technician for luxury vacation rentals, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our high-end properties are spotless and ready for guests. This is a physically active position where you’ll be cleaning and preparing these upscale homes to meet the highest standards, creating a welcoming environment for all guests.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of luxury vacation rental properties, ensuring high standards of sanitation, hygiene, and presentation.

Provide exceptional attention to detail to ensure that all rooms and common areas are spotless, making the property look pristine for new guests.

Manage floor care, including vacuuming and mopping.

Handle laundry and linen services as required, ensuring all bedding and towels are fresh and clean.

Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and kitchen essentials as needed.

Respond to any special requests or requirements to ensure the guest experience is exceptional.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in cleaning luxury vacation rental properties or high-end residential homes.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Knowledge of floor care techniques, including vacuuming and mopping.

Familiarity with laundry and linen care, including folding and organizing.
