Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented House Cleaner to provide exceptional cleaning services for luxury vacation homes and residential properties in Scottsdale.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that each home is meticulously cleaned, organized, and maintained to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This role requires an individual with a keen eye for detail, excellent time management skills, and a passion for delivering top-tier service in a luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain luxury vacation homes and residential properties to the highest standards.
- Dust, wipe, and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to ensure a spotless environment.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, including floors, windows, countertops, and appliances.
- Vacuum, mop, and sweep floors, as well as clean carpets and rugs as needed.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and ensure that all beds are made to perfection.
- Organize and tidy up rooms, ensuring that items are neatly arranged and clutter is minimized.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks on a regular basis, including high-touch surfaces, baseboards, light fixtures, and fans.
- Stock and replenish cleaning supplies and personal care items (e.g., toiletries) as required.
- Respond to client requests and ensure that the home is prepared for guest arrival or occupancy.
- Provide additional services such as laundry, folding, ironing, or special requests when required.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment and products are used safely and maintained in good working condition.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for clients and colleagues.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a residential or vacation home cleaner, preferably in luxury homes or hospitality settings.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as furniture or appliances, when needed.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between properties.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy.
- Professional, courteous, and trustworthy demeanor.
- Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required.
Essentials
- Previous experience working in luxury or vacation rental properties.
- Knowledge of Scottsdale and the surrounding areas, including client preferences or seasonal demands.
Compensation
- Competitive pay based on experience and performance with a starting hourly rate of $19 paid all day including travel. Increase in hourly rate is based on productivity and quality performance.
