    A progressive, integrated Therapy and Medical Fitness Center in Western New York is seeking a licensed physical, occupational, or massage therapist for a full time position. This is a lymphedema specialist who can diagnose, treat, and help manage lymphedema our of our Kenmore, NY or Grand Island, NY locations!

    Job Requirements:

    Current (or eligible) NY state PT or OT licensure

    Certified Lymphedema Training, OR a passion for treating Lymphedema and willing to get certified*.

    *Trilogy's recommended certification is through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies, completing a total of 135 hours in order to receive the Complete Lymphedema Certification. In exchange for reimbursement, employees are required to commit two years of continuous employment following the completion of the course.

    Job Summary:

    The Lymphedema Therapist is responsible for providing services to patients with various injuries, disabilities, and/or chronic disease. They will work with patients in a highly collaborative environment to improve their mobility, relieve pain, and promote overall health and wellness, while adhering to the company’s core values of teamwork, integrity, passion, and excellence.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    Develop and implement customized treatment plans for patients based on their individual needs

    Evaluate patients’ progress and modify treatment plans as necessary

    Educate patients and their families on exercise and at-home care techniques to improve overall health outcomes

    Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including MOG exercise specialists and Trilogy team members, to coordinate patient care

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient record, including progress notes and treatment plans
