    This is an in-office position. Please do not apply if you are remote. We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our growing Nashville team as an M&A Analyst. In this role you will work hand-in-hand with the founding partner of the firm, and will play a crucial role in executing complex M&A transactions by providing financial analysis, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and conducting due diligence and advisory services. You will support and participate in all aspects of our M&A, corporate real estate, and client investment activities, including deal origination, structuring, pipeline management, and business development. In addition to M&A activities, you will also perform certain executive assistant tasks and take responsibility for managing, coordinating, delegating, and prioritizing the Founder’s schedule, priorities, communications, and transaction deadlines, ensuring efficiency in transactional operations and executive support. Responsibilities: • Assist and participate in the execution of M&A transactions from deal origination to closing, ensuring timely and accurate completion of deliverables. • Conduct extensive financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuation, forecasts, and comparable company analysis. • Work directly alongside and on behalf of the founding partner in managing his communications, schedules, priorities, calls, meetings, email correspondence, document preparation, as well as assisting with travel, and other administrative tasks as needed. • Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and provide summaries and action items. • Collaborate with internal and external participants and teams to perform due diligence, including reviewing financial statements, conducting market research, and analyzing industry trends. • Prepare investment tear sheets, Confidential Information Memorandums, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders. • Manage and coordinate the due diligence process and ensure that due diligence materials and timelines are met. • Examine deal breakers, issues, and integration challenges and find resolutions. • Monitor and track industry and market trends to identify potential M&A opportunities. • Deal and data management, including updating and extensive use of database/deal management software. • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth business operations. Qualifications: • Degree in finance, accounting, economics, real estate, or a related field. • Previous experience (1+ years) in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or a similar role with transaction experience in executing financial and operational diligence in MA transactions and commercial real estate. • Experience as an executive assistant, chief of staff, or administrative support role. • Dedication and willingness to work long hours and take on significant responsibilities. • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. • Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts. • High-level interpersonal skills and well-spoken professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. • Proficiency in software and technology related to this field. • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and transactions in a fast-paced environment. • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities. • Strong work ethic and self-motivation, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving. Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 yearly
