    Comp: up to $170K + 30% Bonus

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated M&A Manager (Transaction Advisory) to provide strategic guidance and support to clients throughout the transaction lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial due diligence expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of mergers and acquisitions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity firms, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
    • Analyze financial statements, assess key performance indicators, and identify potential risks and opportunities related to transactions.
    • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients to support informed decision-making in M&A transactions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, audit, and valuation professionals, to ensure seamless transaction execution.
    • Manage and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the deal process.
    • Stay current with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments impacting transaction advisory services.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or similar credential preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in transaction advisory services, investment banking, or public accounting with a focus on M&A.
    • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and other financial tools.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Client-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
