    M&A Program Manager – Healthcare IT Integration

    Join our dynamic team as an M&A Program Manager, where you will lead large-scale mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in the healthcare sector, focusing on IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and applications integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless, secure, and efficient IT transitions, driving value and innovation throughout the process.

    Responsibilities:

    Program Leadership: Oversee all phases of IT M&A activities, from due diligence to post-merger integration. Define scope, goals, and deliverables while maintaining alignment with strategic objectives.

    Due Diligence: Assess technology infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity of potential acquisition targets. Identify risks, synergies, and compliance considerations.

    Integration Planning & Execution: Create and execute IT integration plans, ensuring minimal business disruption. Manage change processes and user support.

    Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison for IT M&A activities, ensuring consistent communication and alignment with executive leadership.

    Risk Management: Identify and address IT-related risks, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR.

    Budget & Resources: Manage M&A budgets and allocate resources effectively. Oversee third-party vendors and consultants.

    Post-Integration: Monitor integrated systems, resolve issues, and lead post-integration reviews to enhance future processes.

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

    MBA or Master’s degree preferred.

    Experience:

    10+ years in IT Program Management, with 5+ years in M&A Program Management, preferably in healthcare.

    Proven success in large-scale system integrations and transformations.

    Expertise in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Waterfall).

    Skills:

    Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

    Strong strategic thinking with a focus on aligning IT activities with business objectives.

    Ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced environments.

    Certifications:

    Program or Project Management Professional (PgMP or PMP) required.
