THE CALL CENTER COLLECTIONS FLOOR SUPERVISOR POSITION WILL TRAIN AND WORK IN OUR CALL CENTER IN CARROLLTON, TX
The CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR is Responsible for directly supervising an assigned group of Inbound Customer Service Representatives, and for assisting in the supervision of all Customer Service activity at Southwest Credit Systems.
Responsible for the ongoing development and improvement of hired Inbound Customer Service Representatives, monitoring of Customer Service activity, taking supervisory/escalated consumer calls, handling of supervisory administrative functions and enforcing work standards throughout the Customer Service department.
$500 SIGNING BONUS PAID OUT AFTER 60 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT.
Required Skills
Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service Call Center Supervisory experience.
Working and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
The Customer Service Supervisor will actively maintain successful relationships with customers providing a strong focus on providing the Best Customer Service.
Strong ability to multi-task and work independently under high pressure, deadlines and goals.
The Customer Service Supervisor will assess ll the customer’s needs and all responses must be prompt, well-informed, accurate and professionally executed.
Must have Excellent interpersonal skills and Great telephone etiquette.
Completion of a High School diploma or equivalent is required.
