    We are seeking to hire a WIRELESS PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER to join our team based at our corporate headquarters located in Andover, MA, USA about 30 minutes north of Boston or anywhere remotely in the USA.

     

    As a Product Marketing Manager at Casa Systems, you will be a leader on the team responsible for competitive intelligence, sales positioning and all marketing messaging activities for the wireless sector of Casa’s product portfolio. You will act as the “bridge” between our (technical) product management group to both the Casa sales team and marketing to customers / analysts etc.

     

    You will analyze the market, evaluate competition, position the products, craft the messaging, and own the strategy for “why” the Casa product is the best. You'll conceive and develop innovative sales & marketing programs that drive demand to directly impact our customer sales growth. A detailed understanding of the products within your portfolio is crucial as is the ability to explain what they do and why they are the best in easy-to-understand terms. You will have an attention to detail, an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits that can be easily understood.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.
    • Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products.
    • Product launch – plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan across the business.
    • Market intelligence – be the expert on your customers; how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to beat them.
    • Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for your products.
    • Create content (e.g., sales collateral, customer meeting materials, white papers, product videos, event content, website copy, blog posts, etc.) to articulate the benefits of our products to the world.
    • Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our solutions.
    • Work with our awesome customers to create case studies and customer success stories.
    • Participating in a bid team composing submissions to customers (e.g. RFP executive summaries, win themes etc).
    • Find our evangelists through relationships with sales reps and via social media, then nurture them and help them promote our cause.

     

     QUALIFICATIONS:

     

    • 5+ years’ experience in the Telecommunications industry.
    • BS degree or equivalent working experience.
    • An affinity for digital marketing, product marketing, and/or product management for a complex B2B technology product.
    • Experience performing market research and building competitive analyses.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft solid value propositions.
    • Excellent people skills to interact with colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
    • You will be working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring to life the product.
    • An international mind-set. Casa products are sold world-wide; this role is based in USA, and has a USA and international sales focus (EU, APAC, LATAM regions).
    • Product portfolio expertise required:

      • Open RAN / O-RAN Alliance
      • Disaggregated radio access network
