Comagine Health leads health care quality improvement initiatives for the Medicare program as the Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO) for Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon Utah and Washington. We work together with nursing homes, health systems, hospitals, primary care and specialty providers, community organizations, and patients and their families to apply proven strategies for delivering better care and improving health. We focus on addressing the COVID-19 pandemic, decreasing opioid misuse, preventing and managing chronic diseases, and improving the quality of care in nursing home facilities. In this role, the Associate Improvement Advisor provides essential support to project teams in the Systemwide Quality Division (SQI) division. Under the direction and close oversight of SQI leadership and/or project lead(s), this position provides coordination support across multiple projects, designing and implementing internal processes to ensure optimal communication and high quality and timely completion of project tasks.
