LATIN AMERICAN PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY IN DORAL, FL IS SEEKING AN EXPORT ACCOUNT COORDINATOR.

• Full Time Permanent
• Doral Office (NOT REMOTE)
• MUST BE ABLE TO READ WRITE AND SPEAK BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH
• Looking someone with strong office skill set

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research and compare suppliers, goods and services.
• Select the most suitable supplier in terms of reliability, product quality and cost efficiency.
• Negotiate prices.
• Make offers to customers with the best negotiated prices.
• Prepare and process purchase orders.
• Schedule and verify purchase deliveries.
• Build and maintain positive, long-term supplier and customer relationships.
• Timely and accurate preparation of documentation for export shipments such as commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of analysis, certificate of origin and export declaration in order to coordinate shipment dates with the freight forwarder.
• Answer customer queries.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Degree in business administration, international business, logistics, procurement or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in working in an export company, preferably a pharmaceutical or chemical company a plus.
• Extremely detailed-oriented.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Position Type: Full Time Permanent
• Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30PM to 5:30PM
• Salary: $20.00 to $23.00 an hour depending on experience
