The Mission for this Position:

We are seeking highly talented captains to join our client's exciting Part 91 flight department. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, work well with pilots/principals, and be an experienced CE-525 or similar type captain.

Well-qualified candidates will have 2,500+ hours, 500+ turbine hours, and 500+ multi time, as well as impeccable customer service skills and a solid work history. The ideal candidate will also have a solid understanding of business aviation, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to new technology.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) of an M2 Mustang.
• Adhere to FAA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Be available for trips on varied schedules, including overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Plan and conduct owner and charter flights safely, considering weather, weight, balance, and NOTAMs.
• Supervise crew members and ensure team coordination.
• Complete necessary company documentation and reports.
• Travel extensively, adapting to schedule changes and managing extended duty periods.
• Pass TSA background checks and secure required SIDA badges as applicable.
• Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining professionalism and neat appearance.
• Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Be comfortable around animals, ensuring care during flights as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• M2 Mustang and Part 91 experience highly preferred
• Must have a CE-525 or Similar type rating
• 2,500 Hours Total Time or Greater
• 500 Hours Turbine Time or Greater
• 500 Hours Multi Time or Greater
• Valid FAA 1st Class Medical
• Valid US Passport
• Valid US State Driver's License
