Required Skills and Abilities:

• M365 Expertise: Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Security & Compliance features.
• Identity & Access Management: Proficiency in Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), including role management, MFA, and conditional access.
• Security & Compliance: Knowledge of data loss prevention (DLP) policies, suspicious activity detection, and general M365 security best practices.
• Permissions Management: Expertise in managing complex permissions in M365 applications, particularly SharePoint and Teams, for secure collaboration.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years working with Microsoft 365 solutions in a similar engineering or administrative role.
• M365 Modern Workspace Certification is highly preferred.
