With all our recent success this year, we are looking to grow our sales and marketing team so we can continue with our winning streak. Almost all our team members come from backgrounds involving sports or competitive activities, and this aspect has permeated almost every layer of our business. Needless to say, we take winning very seriously, and whether professionally or personally, our team members love to win!

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Training and coaching sessions with Top Performers
• Organizing smaller teams and setting up plans of attack
• Working on behalf of our clients at private site events
• Promoting a brand/product/service and completing transactions
• Using your background and skills to encourage and motivate others
• Being able to maintain high levels of enthusiasm and a winning attitude

No previous marketing experience? No big deal! We are looking to work with people that are not only competitive but also eager to learn. Our paid training program includes ongoing mentorship, coaching, and development from our senior executive team for all of our current and future team members.

SPORTS MINDED MARKETING ASSISTANT PROGRESSION:

We start all our sports minded Marketing Assistants at entry level for the sole purpose of developing a strong management team from within; with the mentality that everyone can get from an entry level position to a management position in under a year. If you've got an excellent student mentality and strong work ethic, there is the potential for you to work towards a more senior position.

• You‌ ‌must‌ ‌be‌ ‌18+‌ ‌years‌ ‌of‌ ‌age‌ ‌and‌ ‌eligible‌ ‌to‌ ‌work‌ ‌in‌ ‌the USA
• You‌ ‌must‌ ‌be‌ ‌willing‌ ‌to‌ ‌work‌ ‌with‌ ‌customers‌ on-site, ‌face-to-face‌
• Commuting‌ ‌to‌ ‌our‌ ‌office‌ ‌in‌ ‌Philadelphia‌ ‌is‌ ‌required‌ ‌on‌ ‌a‌ ‌daily‌ ‌basis‌ ‌ ‌
• Full-time‌ ‌availability‌ ‌is‌ ‌preferred,‌ ‌and‌ ‌an‌ ‌immediate‌ ‌start‌ ‌is‌ ‌ideal‌ ‌
• Customer‌ ‌Service,‌ ‌Retail‌ ‌Sales‌ ‌or‌ ‌Call‌ ‌Center‌ ‌work‌ ‌is‌ ‌helpful‌
