Overview: We are seeking a self-starting and experienced Marketer to join our team, working flexible hours, part-time to full-time.

As a Marketer, you will be responsible for representing and introducing our brand to the communities in Chester and Lancaster county. You will be tasked with identifying and bringing in new clients to our home care agency. You will utilize your expertise in the home care field to establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, other businesses, and potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in client acquisition within the home care industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic network marketing plans to attract new clients to the home care agency.
• Identify and target potential clients, including individuals in need of home care services and their families.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as rehab facilities, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, physician offices, and other businesses that support elder care.
• Conduct outreach efforts to promote our services and differentiate our agency from competitors.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
• Track and analyze marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
• Represent the home care agency at community events, networking functions, and industry conferences.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or sales within the home care industry.
• Strong understanding of home care services, including but not limited to personal care, companionship, and skilled nursing.
• Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.

This is a work-from-home opportunity, with occasional meetings in the office. The ideal candidate will have a vehicle in which they can drive within Chester and Lancaster counties.

Hours can be flexible and part-time.
