Job Description

MAMAC Systems has an open position in our Customer Service department for a full-time employee. The hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. The employee will interact with Management, Purchasing, Accounting, and Production.

• Fast paced department
• Business to Business Sales and Service

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing orders for both domestic and international customers
• Tracking orders to ensure timely delivery
• Assisting customers with quotes and product information
• Collaborating with production to expedite critical orders
• Maintaining an extensive customer database

REQUIREMENTS:

• Looking for a very detail-oriented person who enjoys multi-tasking and providing a high level of service to customers. Good communication and computer skills required. Knowledge of HVAC industry is not required. We will gladly train new employees on our solid state precision line of quality sensors.
