    **Required Shifts:**12-hour Shifts: Day Shift: 6am – 6:30pm or Night Shift; 6pm – 630am.

    SHIFT SCHEDULES: 2 on, 2 off, 3 on 3 (2-2-3-3) off schedule or 4 on 4 off schedule

    SIGN-ON BONUS:$3000

    Machine Operators are system experts in their assigned area and are highly functional in multiple areas. Machine Operators must work safely at all times. They will ensure efficiency, operational conformance, product quality and drive continuous improvement. Machine Operators function as a member of an area team which is directly responsible for the efficient production of quality products in the required quantities. They operate/change over specified machinery in the assigned area in the prescribed amount of time. Machine Operators must have the skill set to perform the tsks of other associates in the area as needed. This job requires Strong Communication, Interpersonal and Team Building skills to support site objectives.

    **Minimum Requirements

    :**

    High School Diploma/GED

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Basic computer skills

    Passion to work and learn in a manufacturing environment.

    1 year of manufacturing experience

    **Physical Requirements:

    **

    Ability to lift up to 40lbs.

    Standing for extended time periods & mobility to climb stairs and ladders.

    **What will be your key responsibilities?

    **

    • Responsible for the basic/routine running of packaging/process equipment to complete the conversion process and package finished product prior to shipping in accordance with all routine SOPs and specifications.
    • Problem solving/troubleshooting as necessary.
    • Loading of packaging material, clearing jams, resetting faults, changeovers, product quality checks report issues and maintain area GMP’s.
    • Complete basic preventative maintenance work as assigned (CIL’s)
    • Conformance to all quality & food safety procedures
    • Wearing required PPE and reporting any safety hazards immediately
    • Complete Quality & Safety Training as assigned.
    • Communicate accurate and timely information.
