Job Description
Luxury Skincare Brand looking to expand with an Office Assistant to join the team. You will perform various office and sales functions in order to drive company success.
Join a Luxury Skincare team represented around the world, in renown spas, hotels, and exclusive department stores. This brand is relatively new to the USA and looking to expand!
Current work requirements:
Monday - Friday
9:00am - 5:00pm
Pay Scale (Based on Experience):
$3,000/mo - 4,500/mo

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Receipt of incoming shipments
- Inventory management
- Sales reports
- Packing of outgoing sales
- Creation of shipment labels
- Customer relations
- Account relations
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Skincare knowledge preferred
- Client lists preferred
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to lift 25 Lbs.
