    Job Description

    MCC Non-Ferrous Trading LLC is a metal and minerals trading company active in North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. MCC specializes in the commercial recycling of most residues and byproducts resulting from the mining, metallurgical and processing industries.

    The candidate will be responsible for handling the day-to-day administration of assigned contracts and shipments. Candidate will liaise with Suppliers, Buyers, Traders and with the Finance department so that through collaboration ensure objectives are met.

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Daily management and coordination of all contract administration and warehouse functions.

    · Coordinate transportation and logistics for products handled, including tracking and handling any customer/warehouse/supplier inquires and/or issues.

    · Prepares, processes, and distributes required shipping documents such as bills of ladings, Sales invoices, Letters of Credit, insurance certificates, etc.

    · Determine purchase and sale valuations consistent with contractual terms, issue Sales Invoices to clients and review/confirm Purchase Invoices sent by customers.

    · Constantly interact with Traders to confirm and maintain the integrity of contractual margins.

    · Interface with suppliers and customers to build a strong business relationship.

    · Liaise and interact with Finance department to ensure proper shipment documentation needed for financing transactions.

    · Ensure deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met.

    · Maintain and update contract and shipment data in proprietary Trading platform.

    · Ensure pricing and hedging are booked correctly and timely as well as ensuring hedge instructions are reported in a timely manner.

    · Seek and develop new business opportunities with counterparties, as it arises through constant communications with current suppliers and receivers.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field required.

    · 3+ years of demonstrated experience in related area.
