This position will primarily be responsible for managing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to support internal call center functions. This position will collaborate with the Business Operations Analysts as well as department management. Is responsible for a full range of activities related to data analysis, planning, development, deployment, and support of new and existing campaigns impacting multiple businesses units and business processes.
The general responsibilities and duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain, support, and aid in developing production databases and CRM platforms for multiple business units
- Maintain, modify, and create new campaigns within the CRM platform
- Track and analyze business unit trends and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact the department in order to create new or maximize existing initiatives based on the routine reporting and data that the Analyst accesses
- Projects - Assist in performing quality assurance and testing when implementing new processes/procedures/systems
- Presents findings and insights to management teams
- Routinely work on ad hoc reporting and tasks
- Provide management with weekly status report updates
- Communicate project progress and concerns
- Other duties as assigned by management
Required Skills
- Ability to analyze large quantities of data and evaluate, present details, and provide insights
- Must be able to see the big picture while having an exceptionally detail-oriented focus
- Strong (Advanced) proficiency with Excel is required
- SQL knowledge – ability to write/modify queries is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills with experience in meeting deadlines
- Experience managing multiple projects with ability to make changes when needed and with minimal supervision
- Experience working in both a team and individual environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Business, Management, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience as an Analyst or in database management preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects or platforms simultaneously and prioritize time with minimal supervision
