CALIBRE Systems Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is looking for a Supply Technician to staff and assist with a U.S. Army contracted position providing Equipment Maintenance, Logistics Sustainment Training, and Exercise Support at the 88th Readiness Division, Directorate of Logistics, Fort McCoy, WI.

Specifically, CALIBRE will provide a Supply Technician to ensure needed supplies are available to allow uninterrupted training exercise support. Duties include the following:

• Conduct logistics and supply support operations to enable efficient and effective equipment maintenance operations
  • Plan, manage, receive, store, and maintain, issue, and report equipment and supplies
  • Comply with governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals
  • Ensure property accountability
• Coordination with other Exercise Support/Storage agencies to issue equipment for units to satisfy training needs

Required Skills Required Experience

At least 2 years of experience in Maintenance and Logistical Support Operations

Familiarity with the U.S. Army Reserve maintenance management principles and metrics

• Proficiency in the use of CDMD-OA, ICAPS
• Proficiency in the ability to develop, submit, and track Provisioning Contract Control Numbers (PCCN) in ICAPS
• Ability to develop and update Allowance Parts Lists (APLs) and Allowance Equipage Lists (AELs) in Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS)
• Experience with parts ordering, part top down breakout structure, parts catalogs, maintenance of HM&E shipboard equipment, and repair parts technical manuals
• Experience with Ship Installation Drawings
• Experience developing and producing the following provisioning documentation:
