Job Description
MDVIP is actively seeking an EHR Training & Support Specialist to join our Medical Initiatives team. MDVIP has been recognized as a Great Place to Work for the third consecutive year! The primary responsibility is to remotely provide exceptional application support to ensure our affiliated physician practices are able to optimize their use of the Electronic Health Record platform, athenaClinicals (EXPERIENCE WITH ATHENACLINICALS IS REQUIRED). This involves developing an understanding of their system set-up, office workflow, and practice goals to make recommendations to further ensure their ongoing success. Support is provided telephonically, over email communication, as well as via web-based screen sharing sessions.
This telecommuting role requires the ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with the affiliate physicians and their staff, internal MDVIP staff and external vendors. It requires consistent, high quality client support interactions to be performed timely. Remote staff must have an adequate, confidential workspace and high-speed internet access available to efficiently perform their job functions

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associate degree or higher in a relevant discipline required. or equivalent combination of education and experience where two years related experience equals one year of schooling.

An intermediate skill level for Microsoft Excel and Word, and an advanced level of Microsoft Outlook, Skype/Zoom or similar program. Basic skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Salesforce (or other CRM).
