EnVital is a growing functional medicine practice currently specializing in hormone replacement and health and wellness. Located in downtown Providence, OSL prides itself on bringing a concierge-level of care to its current clients while looking to expand services and grow as a business.

We are looking for the right person to grow with us. You must be highly motivated, self-driven with an ability to manage day to day operations/compliance while balancing patient scheduling, supporting the practitioner, triaging calls and responding to clinical tasks. Deliver impeccable customer service and work with the owner to expand business growth and operations. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking for serious career growth.

Primary Role:

Schedule patients' office and procedure visit appointments and follow ups.

Provide top notch customer service

Assisting with examinations and treatments

Drawing blood samples

Performing basic laboratory tests

Greets patients and prepares them for physician consultation. Screens patients for appropriate information.

Maintains/reviews patient records, charts and other pertinent information.

Records tests and examination results in the patients’ chart.

Handles patient payments

Respond to incoming patient treatment-related phone calls, emails.

Maintains patient confidentiality.

Responsible for financial goals of the practice, including revenue, expenses and budgeting.

Ordering supplies

Requirements:

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Medical Assistant diploma or certificate of completion from a Medical Assisting program

EMR systems (1 year)

Managed care (1 year)

Self motivated and self-directed

Strong computer skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Possess exceptional interpersonal skills; be highly organized and detail oriented

Must be Reliable/Punctual

Must possess strong organizational skills, critical thinking and be detail oriented.

Medical patient software such as AthenaHealth is preferred.
