    Job Description

    The Leeding Builders Group, division of AECOM, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced MEP Project Manager to join our team of construction professionals.

    • Provides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.
    • Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
    • Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    • BS/BA Construction Management, Engineering or related curriculum and 6 years of MEP construction management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and education.

    Preferred Requirements:

    • 6-10 years of in construction, specifically in the field of MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
    • Experience from a large General Contractor.
    • Knowledge of construction project management, including software (CMIC).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
    • Experience in high-rise construction.
    • Experience with construction documentation such as change order processing, RFP's, RFI's, etc.
