We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) Lead Engineer to join our team and contribute to our diverse portfolio of projects in Florida.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the design and implementation of MEPF systems for a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, medical, and multifamily developments.
Prepare, review, and stamp/seal engineering drawings and documentation in compliance with Florida state regulations and standards.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated and efficient design solutions.
Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments to ensure project compliance and quality control.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure best practices and compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Florida.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEPF engineering, with a strong portfolio of completed projects in Florida.
Proficiency in design and analysis software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
Extensive knowledge of Florida building codes, regulations, and standards.
Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
