Job Description: The Plant Floor MES Machine Interface Trainer will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the interface between MES software and plant floor machinery. This position requires substantial experience in manufacturing, with a particular focus on window manufacturing, and a solid understanding of the physical plant floor environment. The ideal candidate will have a robust engineering background and be adept at integrating MES systems with machine operations.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on window manufacturing.
Extensive experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) software and machine interface management.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with specific MES systems and machine interfaces used in window manufacturing.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices.
Proficiency in integrating and troubleshooting machine interfaces with MES software.
