    Job Title: MES Plant Services Consultant

    Job Description:

    Location: Hub: New York, NY and Spoke: Boston, MA

    Employment Type: Contract (C2C/W2)

    Interview: Phone/Skype

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide first and second-level technical support for MES applications.

    • Monitor system performance and perform maintenance tasks.

    • Manage user accounts and permissions.

    • Develop and deliver training programs, maintain documentation.

    • Collaborate with IT, manufacturing, and QA teams for system improvements.

    • Ensure data accuracy and generate performance reports.

    • Support MES-related projects and ensure regulatory compliance.

    Skills Required:

    • 10+ years of IT support experience in MES or manufacturing environments.

    • Proficiency in troubleshooting software/hardware issues; database management (SQL).

    • Knowledge of networking principles and system administration.

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills for teamwork.
