    Job Overview:

    We are looking for a MES Senior Systems Engineer for our Florida Advanced Packaging site. Under technical guidance of Principal Engineers, the Application Senior Systems Engineer will execute effective / accurate implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and components. The position requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure all errors are captured. Manage multiple projects while prioritizing actions in support of MES development objectives.

    Your responsibilities will include: MES Modeling and setup for a high mix production environment to automate processes and minimize human error; Delivery of training throughout the organization on MES setup and use; Data Collection and SPC modeling in the MES; Able to generate reports using SQL and other reporting tools; Help maintain and improve site reporting systems; Work with outside vendors to achieve company objectives.

    Experience Requirements:

    • 2-5 years of experience with factory automation or MES, or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
    • MES and/or ERP setup and configuration.
    • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects while prioritizing actions with a high level of attention to detail.
    • Work with minimal supervision, balancing competing priorities, with accuracy.
    • SQL skills.
    • Data extraction and manufacturing reporting.
    • US Citizenship Required: This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship.

    Experience Preferences:

    • Statistical Process Control methodology.
    • Project Management.
    • Documentation and writing skills.
    • Knowledge of C languages.
    • Semiconductor manufacturing experience a plus.
    • Understanding of the Opcenter (Camstar) MES application and familiarity of integrating it into factories.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to lift light equipment or materials, generally up to 20-30 pounds.
    • Adequate vision to perform tasks effectively, including close and distance work.
    • Good hearing ability to effectively communicate and respond to auditory cues.
    • Capacity to perform repetitive tasks consistently with minimal breaks, demonstrating endurance and stamina throughout the work shift.

    Education Requirements:

    • Associate degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.

    Education Preferences:

    • Bachelor's Computer Science degree.
