    Position Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Technician to join our Quality Assurance team. The Quality Technician will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they reach our customers. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about quality control, problem-solving, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to assess their quality and compliance with standards.
    • Document inspection results, analyses, and any defects identified during the inspection process.
    • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Perform measurements using various tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify product specifications.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures, standards, and protocols.
    • Participate in internal audits and quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Support root cause analysis and preventive action efforts for non-conformances.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records and reports.
    • Assist in training new employees on quality control processes and best practices.
    • Stay current with industry trends and quality assurance techniques to enhance skillsets.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Knowledge of quality standards (such as ISO, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing) and quality control methodologies.
    • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality control software
    • Proficiency in the use of measurement tools and equipment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
