Job Description

MET Healthcare Solutions is looking for top sales and marketing professionals who are outgoing and motivated to join our team in the Houston area. The sales and marketing position entails business to business sales and customer service for new and existing customers/clients. Sales and marketing representatives will be responsible for maintaining and developing interpersonal relationships with existing and prospective clients within the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research, identify, and tenaciously generate daily new opportunities over the phone, in person and the web
• Energetically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel and clients
• Strategically attack a regional territory to close new business and grow existing accounts
• Maintain a high daily volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, & social media selling
• Exceed a quarterly and annual sales quota
• Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and willing to learn
• Drive to individually compete (and win!) while still being a fantastic team player
• Other duties as may be assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALITIES:

• Bachelor’s degree (or in the process of completion) in related field (marketing, advertising, sales, public relations, communications, etc) or three years of sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience
