    Job Description

    Medical Facilities of America is hiring for a Payroll Coordinator for the location in Roanoke Va.   This person is responsible for accurate bi-weekly payroll processing for healthcare center staff.   The payroll  coordinator also ensures compliance with company policies for wages and deductions.   They will also work with center payroll staff to compare and reconcile totals uploaded from the timeclocks.   The payroll coordinator will serve as a resource for payroll questions, as well as review and reconcile payrolls and system setups via audits.

    EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

    High School Diploma or GED

     EXPERIENCE AND/OR PRE-REQUISITES

    • Minimum one year experience in payroll.
    • Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of staff.
    • Kronos and multi-facility experience preferred.
