    SCHEDULING COORDINATOR:

    This position is an exciting opportunity to engage and interact with all members of our team, across all divisions on a daily basis. The overall mission of the Scheduling and Logistics Coordinator is to ensure all staffing assignments are filled and all equipment needs are arranged. HIGHLY TUNED ATTENTION TO DETAIL and exceptional interpersonal skills are a must. The position can work remotely and the schedule can flex based on operational needs. This is a fast paced, high stress position that requires exemplary levels of organization, attention to detail, time management and customer services.

    POSITION TITLE:

    Scheduling Coordinator, Full-Time

    COMPENSATION:

    • $20 - $27.50 per hour

      • Overtime will be paid as required by law according to the job being performed

    SCHEDULE:

    In order to promote healthy work/life balance, a great company culture and employee

    satisfaction, admin time work schedules are flexible and based on operational needs. 

    Schedule Expectations:

    1. Publish/share work schedule with the EMS Unlimited Leadership Team

    2. Manage all assigned events and schedules

    3. Respond promptly to all work-related phone calls, email, text messages, IMs, etc.

    4. 30-40 hours a week, varies based on operational needs - no guarantee of minimum or set work hours that will be available; some overtime may be necessary in emergency events

    POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY:

    Under the Director of Operations, the Scheduling Coordinator will perform duties associated with ensuring all staffing assignments are filled and corrections are made to the schedule in order to provide superior service to both internal and external customers. Staffing assignments will include all schedules for our Transport, Event, Fire, and Training Teams, requiring coordination of multi-skilled employees across the company.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Must possess and apply the knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of a Scheduler in a professional manner, including but not limited to:

    1. Answers phones and emails, schedules and confirms appointments, and inputs data into company systems.

    2. Contacts staff proactively to fill shift assignments at least one month in advance when appropriate.

    3. Know and engages with ~100-150 employees.

    4. Provides solutions to staffing changes and roadblocks.

    5. Works with team leaders to understand the operational needs of each team and assists with filling staffing needs accordingly.

    6. Communicates effectively and clearly with all employees.

    7. Developing processes that make operational procedures more efficient and organized.

    8. Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Ability to be a high functioning multi tasker required

    • Exceptional communication and technology skills required

    • Scheduling experience preferred

    • Minimum HS diploma or GED as evidence of completion of a high school education

    • Strong knowledge and ability to learn multiple operational-specific electronic platforms
