RESPONSIBILITIES FOR AN ENTRY LEVEL ACCOUNT MANAGER:

• Acquire, maintain and retain customer accounts on behalf of our client
• Assist customers with inquiries related to a company's products and services
• Learn and instill product knowledge to provide proficient service to customers
• Represent our company in a professional manner at all times
• Work with our customers one-on-one and in-person discussing our current products and services
• Thinking outside the box and finding new ways to address our customer’s issues and needs
• Providing a pleasant and fun customer experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior customer service experience is preferred
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to train and learn
• Communication skills
• A “can-do” attitude
