HVAC Controls Sales Engineer
Job Description
TCA Controls is seeking two highly motivated HVAC DDC Controls Sales people to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and promoting our HVAC DDC (Direct Digital Controls) products to commercial and industrial customers. As a salesperson, you will work closely with our customers to identify their needs and provide effective solutions that meet their requirement
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to identify opportunities for DDC control system sales
· Conduct on-site customer visits and product demonstrations to promote DDC control system products and services
· Prepare and present proposals, including pricing and contract terms, to potential customers
· Collaborate with our engineering team to develop customized solutions for customers
· Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to HVAC DDC control systems
· Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to build relationships and promote our products
· Achieve sales goals and objectives and report progress regularly to management
Requirements:
· 3+ years of experience in HVAC or DDC control system sales
· Strong understanding of HVAC control systems and DDC technologies
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Willingness to travel to customer sites and attend industry events
