    About the Role

    We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our team, and for strong Store management experience for Footwear. The Retail Store Manager overall operations of the stores to ensure our brands’ standards are maintained and continually on the same quality standards. The ideal candidate will be ready to help with a variety of duties, working on the front lines to ensure a great working environment for our retail team members and excellent service for our customers and set the pace for the team. Also, manages the P&L, to ensure the store’s contributions are meeting or exceeding target and that store operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

    Job Duties

    Responsible for the recruitment, selection, supervision, and development of the staff, Establishes sales and performance criteria. Creates programs to motivate sales to build unit sales and volume of transactions.

    Responsible for sales and profit performance in assigned store. Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiency.

    Maintains a welcoming environment that generates customer traffic and builds loyalty by exceeding customer’s expectations. Monitors clientele to expand customer base.

    Understands and places high priority on visual presentation and maintenance of in-store environment, consistent with desired image and character.

    Protect store assets by ensuring proper security policies and procedures are implemented.

    Perform other duties assigned by line leaders.

    Skills & Experience

    3-5 years of operations & retail management experience. Experienced as a manager of footwear or apparel store. (Footwear store is big plus)

    Bachelor’s degree or above is a plus.

    Familiar with POS system & know how to pick the POS system vendor.

    Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, MS Office.

    Knowledge of store retail practices and concepts.

    Always maintain a positive and professional attitude

    Take accountability and ownership of actions in achieving goals.

    Consistently demonstrate integrity in all actions and decisions.

    Excellent organizational, time-management, follow-up, and administrative skills with attention to detail.

    Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures.

    Self-starter with the ability to work independently, and as a part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
