  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Monitors and responds quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT trouble ticket system as assigned and on an as needed basis.
    • Install test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software on an as needed basis.
    • Perform timely work station hardware and software upgrades as required.
    • Maintains and repairs desktops, laptops, printers and scanners on an as needed basis.
    • Troubleshoots wired/wireless networks on an as needed basis.
    • Manages network and phone wiring, responds to calls for technical assistance on an as needed basis.
    • Attends meetings as scheduled by supervisor.
    • Takes call as scheduled on an as needed basis. Answers call phone and responds timely to all calls.
