200 ONSITE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS NEEDED IMMEDIATELY!!!

ON SITE TRAINING NOW AVAILABLE

• ONSITE TRAINING - MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 8 AM – 5 PM,
• Thereafter, work schedule will be IN OFFICE. Call Center Operating hours 5a-11pm Sunday-Saturday;
• DAY/EVENING SHIFTS ARE AVAILABLE AND CAN INCLUDE WEEKEND SHIFTS. INCENTIVES PAID FOR EVENING AND WEEKEND HOURS.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Inbound call center for debit cards; no sales
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 25 WPM
• Computer skills/ability to navigate Internet Explorer
• Excellent communication skills
• Gather information and research/resolve inquiries
• Communicate appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
• Inform customers about services available and assess customer needs
• ALL SHIFTS available.
• Incentives offered for working after 6pm.
• Incentives offered for working weekends.
