JOB DESCRIPTION:
WORKING IN A MAILROOM
· RECEIVES, PROCESSES, AND ENSURES PAPER DOCUMENT INTEGRITY AND CLASSIFICATION ARE COMPLETED PRIOR TO IMAGE SCANNING
· MAY REQUIRE IMAGE QUALITY CONTROL CROSS TRAINING
· SORTS PAPER DOCUMENTS BY FORM TYPE AND LINE OF BUSINESS DEPENDING ON REQUIREMENTS FOR PROCESSING
REQUIREMENT:
· MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
· MUST HAVE A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED
WORK HOURS:
SHIFT STARTS BETWEEN 7 AM TO 9 AM AND WORK UNTIL WORK COMPLETED FOR THE DAY; 40-HOUR WORK WEEK; OVERTIME AVAILABLE; ROTATE WEDNESDAY AND SATURDAY OFF; ALWAYS OFF SUNDAY.
MONDAY 12 HOURS
TUESDAY 8-10 HOURS
WEDNESDAY 3-4 HOURS
THURSDAY 8-10 HOURS
FRIDAY 8-10 HOURS
SATURDAY 4-6 HOURS
