DESCRIPTION:
The Medicare Insurance Agent conducts selling activities related to INBOUND/OUTBOUND calls inquiring about Individual Medicare health products. Must have an active 2-40/2-15 Health/Life License in the state of Florida.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
MORGAN FIDELITY ASSOCIATES, INC. IS SEEKING FULL TIME ENTHUSIASTIC SALES PEOPLE THAT HAVE A PASSION FOR PARTNERING WITH THE MEDICARE POPULATION TO ASSESS THEIR HEALTHCARE NEEDS AND BUILD A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN BENEFIT OPTION. IN THIS JOB YOU WILL:
- Match consumers needs to a variety of name brand Insurance carrier's products using a consumer-centric selling approach.
- Participate in inbound call campaigns in order to service prospective clientele.
- Maintain and Service your book of business efficiently.
- Work Independently and within a team environment to achieve sales and contact target goals daily.
- Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must exhibit confidence and model high level of professionalism and integrity
- Excellent level of personal organization skills with superior telephone etiquette and verbal/written communication skills
- Valid Health Insurance License or ability to obtain
- Proficient in navigation multiple computer programs while providing a perfect consumer experience
- Available to work full-time
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales, Customer Service or call center experience
- Business development or Medicare/Life/Dental Insurance sales experience preferred
