We are seeking an experienced mortgage sales manager with a knack for building new client and agent relationships as well as managing enterprising mortgage originators. This candidate must enjoy working as an in-house lender while recruiting and growing the team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to establish high-level and impactful relationships with On-site Real Estate agents.
- Offer creative ideas and solutions that will attract agents to take advantage of all products, services, and networking opportunities
- Recruit, support and ensure the overall health and growth of a team of loan officers.
- Utilize CRM system to build and track a pipeline of new business, document sales progress, and drive/document deal execution.
- Travel throughout assigned territory to engage and educate agents in the assigned real estate offices.

Required Experience
- 5 years of realtor referral-based originating experience
- 3 years of experience managing sales teams
- Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, and other residential loan programs
- Past in-house mortgage experience is a plus.
