    Position: Hotel Area Sales Manager

    Role Description: We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Hotel Area Sales Manager for a full-time remote position. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base within our economy brand hospitality portfolio. The Hotel Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, actively pursuing property acquisitions, and cultivating strong relationships with clients for all properties ranging from Motel 6 - Extended Stay Americas in SoCal.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities and trends within the hospitality sector.

    Prospect for leads, both independently and collaboratively with the team, to identify potential acquisitions and business development opportunities.

    Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.

    Successfully negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved.

    Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing the unique value proposition of our Hospitality portfolio.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales initiatives with overall business objectives.

    Utilize customer relationship management software and analyze data to inform decision-making and enhance sales strategies.

    Demonstrate a positive attitude, foster a team player mentality, and contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment.

    Qualifications:

    Proven sales experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

    Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing data to drive strategic decision-making.

    Track record of successfully negotiating and closing deals in a competitive business environment.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software.

    Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
