    Quality Specialist

    Position Summary
    The Quality Specialist works to maintain and continuously improve quality processes and procedures to ensure that our systems meet quality and efficiency standards. Manages the Companies Quality Management System (QMS)

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for daily management of QT9 Quality Management Software.

    • Enter and maintain data in QT9 to ensure the system is current and an effective tool for quality management.
      Implements the requirements of the MPI Quality Manual and quality process relevant to the position.

    • Produces reports to communicate quality standards and parameters to QA team, production managers, and other appropriate staff.

    • Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur; recommends and facilitates solutions targeting root cause elimination.

    • Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Candidate should have at minimum a High School Diploma.
    • 2 years minimum experience in database management, quality software administration, or customer service, project management.
    • Computer skills (MS Office proficiency, statistical analysis tools)

    Preferred Qualifications
    Familiarity with various quality management systems and software.
