Production Support Laborer
Text MPW to 25000 and our virtual assistant Erin will get you scheduled for an interview
The purpose of this position is to support the production line to ensure workflow continues and avoids any line down time.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Transporting part to and from production line.
Stack & unstack materials.
Loading/unloading trucks.
General housekeeping of work area.
Performs other duties as directed.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responding to radio calls.
Managing inventory levels of fixtures.
Working as a team player to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow OSHA guidelines and MPW safety standards
Ability to follow directions as provided by supervisor.
Reports any and all issues to the supervisor immediately
Demonstrates a considerate, friendly, and constructive attitude toward fellow employees and the customer (HONDA).

Required Skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to move up to 50 Lbs., with or without accommodation.
Ability to maintain a consistent workload that involves physical manual labor.
Ability to maintain alertness and fitness for duty.
Ability to position oneself for work conducted in and around confined spaces.
Ability to wear respirators in environments that may expose you to chemicals, fumes, etc.
Ability to maintain workloads that may include travel to a variety of states for days or weeks, and daily timeframes that could exceed the typical 8-hour shift.
Required Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
Some High School education acceptable.
Able to work safely and efficiently.
Forklift, Receiving, and Computer knowledge a plus but not required.
Understanding of mechanical concepts and applications.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Professional oral and written interpersonal communications.
