CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is looking for a full-time Senior Project Manager for the Department of Defense (DoD) Defense Health Agency (DHA) Operation Warfighter (OWF). Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Serves as a technical or functional expert and applies expert functional knowledge and experience to plan and execute activities related to Operation Warfighter (OWF).
- Coordinates with regional coordinators and develops functional guidance.
- Plan, direct, organize, control, and coordinate regional coordinators activities to include reviewing and approving work products; ensuring compliance with management policies, plans and procedures; interfacing with the Government; and reviewing and making recommendations to the government regarding the efforts of the regional coordinators so that the proposed efforts are consistent with cost, schedule, and performance requirements.
- Established processes and procedures to facilitate the accomplishment of tasks and defines the standards for quality and timeliness to ensure results.
- Conducts hiring of team personnel and ensures that all personnel assigned to the task meet government qualification standards and receive necessary training.
- Directs program activities to meet client and organization work objectives.
- Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards.
- Reviews opportunities for breadth and scope, and makes recommendations for change, to ensure that opportunities are appropriate and best suited for military service members.

- U.S. Citizenship is a must
- Secret clearance is required
- 10 years demonstrated experience in counseling.
- 10 years demonstrated experience in career development.
DEGREE/EDUCATION:
- Master’s Degree or greater in Counseling (MA, MS, PhD) with a National Counselor Examination (NCE) certification, OR;
Master’s Degree or greater in Counseling (MA, MS, PhD) with a National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE) certification, OR;
A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with an Association of Social Work Board (ASWB) certification, OR;
LCSW with National Counselor Examination (NCE) certification, OR;
LCSW with the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE) certification.
- National Counselor Examination (NCE) or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE) certification required.
