Job Description

MSIL-Staffing is seeking a Call Center Placement Specialist to support our recruitment team in placing qualified employees at our customer work sites.

• 1 year experience on multiphone line or customer service
• Able to deal directly with applicants and employees either by telephone or electronically in a professional manner
• Able to learn specifics of different assignments and effectively communicate those details to callers
• Able to assist in scheduling and confirming assignments
• Responsible for placing outgoing calls to offer assignments and assign to orders
• Ability to obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints from callers
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• High School Diploma/GED
• Pass a background check
• Reliable Transportation

This is a Temp to Hire position Location: Broad Ripple, IN Shift: 1st; M-F from 8 am to 4:30 pm Pay: Starting at $13.50- 14/hr.
