As a Sales Representative for MSI Credit Solutions, you would be responsible for reaching out to potential clients who are in need of credit repair services. Your primary job is to explain how MSI Credit Solutions can help improve their credit score, clear up any misunderstandings on their report, and put them on a path to better financial health. The next training class starts on October 9th.

This is a Commission position and a W-2 position

Responsibilities:

1. Generate sales on leads provided
2. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
3. Conduct consultations with potential clients, evaluating their credit reports and financial situation.
4. Explain our credit repair services, solutions, and pricing structure in a clear and understandable way.
5. Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing high-quality customer service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
6. Continually stay updated with the latest in credit laws, potential credit repair strategies, and company services.
7. Regularly report sales progress, client feedback, and market trends to management.

Qualifications:

1. Prior sales experience is a must, preferably in the financial sector.
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
4. An understanding of credit reports, credit scores, and related laws is preferred.
5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
6. Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
7. High school diploma is required
