    We recruit and place physicians, advanced-practice providers, allied health and nursing personnel, on short-term and long-term assignments nationwide.

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Medical Laboratory Technologist (MT), Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) to join our dynamic team. The candidate will perform a wide range of diagnostic tests and analyses, contributing to patient care and ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency in laboratory operations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Associate’s degree may be considered
    • Minimum 1 year experience in last 24 months
    • Must currently hold certification by ASCP (MT or MLS) or AMT (MLS)
    • Ability to pass a government background investigation to include criminal and professional history
    • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. 

    Hiring for Current Shifts:

    • STAT Lab: M-F; 4p-midnight
    • STAT Lab: Sat-Sun; 8a-4p
    • STAT lab: Sat and Sun; midnight-8a
    • Chemistry – reference lab; Sat and Sun; 8a – 430p

    Key Responsibilities:

      • Collect patient samples (blood, urine, etc.) according to established protocols.
      • Properly label, store, and process samples for analysis.
      • Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests using automated and manual methods.
      • Work with equipment such as microscopes, centrifuges, and analyzers to conduct tests.
      • Analyze results and identify discrepancies or abnormalities.
      • Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments to ensure accurate results.
      • Regularly clean and disinfect equipment and work areas.
      • Follow strict procedures to ensure that test results meet the required standards.
      • Perform quality control checks and document results.
      • Participate in proficiency testing and maintain certification requirements.
