JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for assisting individuals with their doubts and questions and processing enrollments to our different learning programs through incoming and outgoing emails, WhatsApp, and calls while maintaining a professional level of customer service support. This is considered an entry-level marketing & sales position.

WORK SHIFT

MON-FRI 8 AM - 5 PM EST

SAMPLE DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES

Customer acquisition/enrollment:

• Manage Marketing Campaigns in Social Media

• Provide Information to potential students about our different offerings

• Make sure your customer service skills translate into active customers

• Recommend solutions to customers that are tailored and suit their situation

• Make customer calls to answer questions about the service

Customer relationship building

• Provide first-line support to existing customers

• Consult priority customers

• Work independently interacting with customers

• Manage client expectations and delivery of targets

Technical Requirements

• When working remotely, base download/upload internet speed of at least 5Mbps. Satellite/Hotspot internet is not acceptable.
