    Key Responsibilities:

    The Packing Coordinator provides expertise in the areas of systems and databases. They will typically work under the guidance of a Package Development Engineer or a Package Development Manager and will support and may occasionally lead sub-projects.

    • Drives execution of packaging changes to packaging designs according to instructions from Packaging Engineers
    • Independently coordinates and clarifies packaging changes to designs with appropriate functions.
    • Manage special packaging projects by outlining the objectives, managing the process flow, and ensuring the completion of the work.
    • Supports harmonization and/or standardization projects.
    • Knows and follows all laws and policies that apply to one's job, and maintains the highest levels of integrity, ethics and compliance at all times.
    • Promotes and cultivates the highest standards of integrity, ethics and compliance and actively supports our compliance program-related initiatives and activities.
    • All other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent or GED
    • 2+ of related work experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    • “Eye for detail”
    • Excellent communicator – both down, across, and up with experience communicating with vendors
    • Must be able to support multiple project teams or Packaging Engineers simultaneously

    Preferred:

    • Working Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management systems (i.e. Windchill, Agile, etc)
    • Associates Degree and / or Leadership training
